        COVID-19 Information For Our Customers

        These are challenging times for all businesses. Like every one of you, we are having to adapt week by week to the ever-evolving landscape and the latest government updates. However, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our team members and customers remains our number one priority.  

        - In line with the latest government regulations, all OKA stores will be closed from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.

        - Our delivery service is fully operational and we’ve implemented a few extra precautions to keep you and our staff safe. Please see our delivery page for details.

        Call & Collect

        We look forward to welcoming you back to our stores. Meanwhile, you can make the most of our new Call & Collect service. Our Chelsea, Didcot and Harrogate stores will be taking telephone orders between 10 am and 5 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until the 25th November.

        To place an order, call the store you wish to collect from directly. The store team will offer advice, process your items and let you know when your order is ready for collection.


        Our Promise

        Please be assured that all team members are trained to reduce their risk of exposure to the virus and to help prevent its spread. We have enhanced our already rigorous health and safety procedures following the guidelines put in place by the World Health Organisation, Public Health England, UK government and local public health authorities.

        Our website is open for business and taking orders around the clock. We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear in mind there may be some delays with delivery. Thank you for your patience.


        Our Returns Policy

        We have extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days across all furniture and homewares. Please note that our stores are currently not accepting website or mail order returns. To view our full returns policy, visit our returns page.
